Scalloped Potatoes and Sausage
1 box Scalloped Potato Mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom with Garlic Soup
1 soup can of water
1 packaged ready-to-eat Kielbasa Sausage
1 cup frozen peas
Spray oil in crock. Put potatoes in crockpot. In a bowl, mix together the seasoning packet from potato mix, soup, and water; pour over potatoes. Cut sausage into 2inch pieces and place on top of potatoes. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Just before serving, spread frozen peas over the sausage and cook on low 5-10 minutes (enough to heat the peas).
