1 cup butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup powdered sugar

Beat butter with an electric mixer on medium for about 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar beat until combined, scraping bowl. Beat in 1 tablespoon Water and vanilla until combined. Beat in as much flour as you can ith the mixer. Stir remaining flour and pecans by hand.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 325° oven for about 20 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.

Cool completely and then toss cookies in a plastic bag with the powdered sugar and shake em up! :-)
