Sesame Chicken Thighs

1/2 cup honey mustard (I've used honey and mustard mixed)
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup flour
8 chicken thighs, no skin, bone in or out optional

Stir together mustard, egg and 2 Tbsp water. Combine breadcrumbs, sugar, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Coat each thigh in flour, then in egg mixture, then coat in sesame seed mixture. Broil thighs about 5 inches from broiling element, 10 minutes each side. . I usually cook them about 20 minutes longer at 300°F, make sure you turn off broiling element.

Cook's Note: These are amazing, tender chicken and a crunchy coating, but no skin.
