Sour Cream and Onion Chicken
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 package sour cream and onion potato chips crushed ( 6 ounces)
1 chicken cut into 8 pieces
Preheat oven to 400° F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl, combine dressing , garlic powder and ground red pepper; mix well.
Place crushed potato chips in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces into the dressing mixture and
then into the crushed potato chips, coating completely. Place on the baking sheet and bake 35-40 min or until chicken is no longer pink.
