Spinach Dip

16 oz. fat free sour cream
10 oz. frozen spinach drained
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
1-8 oz. can water chestnuts

Use a strainer to drain the excess liquid from spinach. Mix all remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with crackers or crusty bread. For a creative touch, try serving it in a hollowed out sourdough bread bowl!

Yield: 12 servings
