Strawberry Pie
one pie crust, baked
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 TBSP cornstarch
strawberries
Mix water, sugar and cornstarch together and heat until thickened. Add a few drops red food coloring (optional) then coat berries
with sugar mixture. Spoon into pie crust and chill.
