Streusel-Top Peach & Berry Pie
1-9" pie crust-unbaked
Filling:
3 cups sliced peeled peaches
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup flour
Topping:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
Heat oven to 375°. In large bowl, combine all filling
ingredients and spoon into crust. Toss filling ingredients
with a fork in a medium bowl, and sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 375° for 40-45 mintues or until peaches are
tender and topping is golden brown.
