Jenn's Summertime Pie
2 - 8 oz containers yogurt (any flavor or fat content)
10 oz of a matching fruit (fresh or frozen, washed, peeled, pitted, etc.)
Large size tub whipped topping (any fat content)
2 ready-made graham cracker pie crusts
Mix all ingredients (except crust), dump into crusts evenly. Smooth and shape,
garnish with additional fruit if desired, and then freeze. Allow
the pie to set and remove about 30 minutes prior to serving. Cutting it
with a warm knife makes it easier to serve.
