Susan's Spicy Pork

Boneless Pork Cutlets (fat trimmed, enough for your family)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Cups of water
1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce per cutlet
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
dash cinnamon
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses

Cook all ingredients in cast iron skillet on medium heat until meat is tender and can be cut into pieces with a spatula, about 30 min. Serve with applesauce, perogies and vegetables.
