Taco Soup
1 lb hamburger browned with 1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans regular corn
2 cans diced tomatoes (regular)
2 cans rotelle (diced tomatoes with green chiles)
2 cans of your favorite beans (we use chili beans)
Just dump it all in together in a big pot without draining any of the cans. We usually let it simmer for
about an hour. This is a great recipe to make in the afternoon or even morning and just let it simmer
until dinner. It sounds plain, but its so good! If you want to make it spicier, exchange the cans of
diced tomatoes with cans of rotelle. Or just add tobasco to your bowl like I do! Srinkle with
crumpled tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese.
