Turkey Meatballs Turkey Meatballs

1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 egg white
3 cloves of chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1-24 oz. jar of chunky spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 400°. Pour spaghetti sauce and barbecue sauce into a crock-pot and simmer on low to warm the sauce. Add the remaining ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Roll mixture into 1 ounce balls using your hands or a spoon. Place meatballs into a baking pan and bake in the oven for 12 minutes. Add meatballs to the sauce and enjoy!

Yield: about 24 meatballs
