Turkey Tetrazzini 2
1 7oz package spaghetti
2 c chicken or turkey broth
2 c half and half or milk
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/4 c margarine or butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
1 c sliced ripe olives
1/2 c slivered almonds
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; rinse with cold water; drain; set aside.
2. Heat oven to 350°.
3. Mix broth, half and half, margarine, salt, and pepper in 3-qt saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
4. Stir in spaghetti, turkey, olives, and almonds. Spread in ungreased 2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
