Vegan Krispie Treats
2 cups crushed rice krispies
1 1/2 cups unsweetened natural peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
The recipe said press this down into a 9x13 inch pan. I would suggest a smaller pan because this made it too thin IMO. Use your best judgement.
Place the following in a small saucepan over low heat stirring continuously until melted:
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
2 Tbsp margarine
Pour this over the peanut butter mixture and smooth out. Place the whole thing in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and enjoy!
