Yvonne's Italian Chicken
4 chicken breasts
Seasoned bread crumbs
Couple of eggs
Milk
Jar of spaghetti sauce
Sliced mozzarella cheese
Dip the chicken in milk, then in bread crumbs, then into eggs, then back into bread crumbs. Put them in a 13x9 baking dish, at 375°, for about 30 minutes or so. Put each breast on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a slice of cheese, pour a bit of sauce over it, & microwave for about 30-45 seconds.
Cook's Note: I have to cook the breasts for just a bit longer in the oven, due to high altitudes, but just cut one in half to make sure it's done.
