3 scoops shortening 3 medium potatoes 5 large eggs salt
Peel potatoes, and cut into small cubes. Put the potatoes in a frying pan, with the shortening. Fry them on medium low. stir them regularly. Break the eggs into a bowl, and beat them. When the potatoes are brown, and almost fully cooked, pour the beaten eggs into the frying pan. Wait a few minuts, until the eggs are almost hard. Then flip the outsides of the egg into the middle. Do it gently though. Repeat this once more. Once you are done with that, you dont have to worry about flipping them gently anymore. Just flip them a few more times until the eggs are sticking to the potatoes. Add salt to taste. Now take it all out and eat your littlew heart out!
