The cast warmed up in groups of two. Group one included:
(left to right) Todd Sand, Kurt Browning, Jenni Meno, and Kristi Yamaguchi.....along with Scott Hamilton, 
Denis Petrov (with Kristi during rehearsals), 
and Renee Roca and Gorsha Sur.
Rehearsals were so neat to see...especially with Roca and Sur going thru their moves for their routine in Act One.And despite being a bit late to meet me, Baden was a good host of my night at Stars On Ice!
Around 5:15 p.m., Jenni and Todd came off the ice and introduced themselves to me...and I thanked them for a wonderful show they were involved in with Rosalynn Sumners at Branson, Missouri, this past summer. After they took their skates off, Meno and Sand gave me the backstage tour....including the various rooms the tour uses including where their costumes are stored at and an on-duty costume designer checking for any holes and stretches from the previous show night in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Along the way, Todd told me that it took nearly 6,000 beads in Tara's costume for "Dance With Me".....which DOES BOGGLE THE MIND! :o)
I also got to check out upclose the props used for this year's show, including Scott Hamilton's golf clubs for "Double Bogey Blues". In all, a very educational night from Jenni and Todd.....and the photo of the three of us used on the front page of this website was taken by Baden!
By the time I returned back to my seat, group two was on the ice, including Steven, Yuka,
Ilia Kulik,
