Kurt Browning in basic black skating to a guitar solo from "Mission: Impossible-2". He showed off his muscles to the ladies as well as hitting his marks and hitting his jumps.
Once the music stopped, the audience picked up on the tempo and clapped in rhythm with Kurt...a neat experience!
Then Kurt clapped in rhythm to the next song, "Dance With Me", while Tara skated out to her starting position in the 6,000-beaded dress.
As I mentioned, it must be a nightmare for the costume designer to make sure about each bead being in place....but Tara's routine was in time and in step with the music and she looked like she was having SO much fun!
And she had no problems with the hip that was surgically repaired back last September.
This last skit of Act One was the best of the night. Tunnel Vision was simply "going backstage at Target Stars On Ice" to see this "dysfunctional family" at work......
And each of them played themselves to the hilt.......including Tara on her cell phone....Gorsha going into the audience to seduce a couple of ladies while Renee tried to explain what he was going thru!.....LOL.....Jenni literally letting her hair down for the Sandman!!!!.......
....and Denis giving Scotty a ride over his head and......
making him out to be a swinger! This skit was simply the best I have ever seen in the three years I have been to Stars On Ice.
