Typical look of thyroid eye disease as evidenced by:
* Eye Lid Retraction
* Inflammation of eyeball in outer corners
* Excessive Tearing
* Double vision
*Symptoms may appear as dryness, irritation (sandy feeling), inability to close
eyelids fully, swelling and puffiness and a tight feeling in eye sockets.
Temporary relief may be obtained by using lubricating tears only (with no preservatives) - do not use eye drops that decrease redness.
