LLOYD
Hi all,
Seeing everyone has been giving part of their
life story here, I figured it's about time I do. Will
try not to make too long winded... I'm Lloyd, wife is
Maggie, 30 and 29 yr. old. Have a 10 yr. old son and
4 yr. old daughter. Live in Racine, WI, just south of
Milwaukee, and yes, the 90th and 95th aniversary
parades and rides will bring an almost grown man to
tears!
I have always wanted a trike and a Harley, in fact a
costom Harley shop in town still has the servicar and
shovel that he picked up for me when I was in high
school but couldn't pay for, and now he won't part
with it!!! Th eonly bike I've ever driven was a dirt
bike and that was a guy I knew back in school. Well,
last week I lost my sanity and drove to Pittsburgh to
get a trike. Don't know exactly what kind, think it's
a Steiger(sp?) or Arizona, will post pics when I get
a chance... soon. Bad part is I lost the rear seat in
Ohio on the way home, so need to get one somehow!
Anyways, it's my first bike/trike, and I'm pumped.
Probably couldn't have come at a better time seeing
that I blew out my back 2 days before getting it.
Doc's won't tell me exactly how bad yet, MRI and
probably spinal next week. Cecil, I could definately
use your prayers!!! and any others that feel so moved
would be great. ENOUGH!!!!!!!!
Well, I was born and bred a business man, schooled as
an ASE Cert. Master Mech., now a self-employed
landlord/remodelling contractor. Doc's aren't sure if
I can still do that! May have to go back to school to
become one of those silly engineers that don't know
common sense. Scary!
Anyways, you guys are great, love the list and any
and all input and help, which I'm sure I'll be asking
for alot in the near future. If anyone lives near
here, would love to meet you.
Thanks for your patience and great attitudes,
Lloyd
