SOUPY
This is a story about a man in Kentucky. The story
begins in a small town named Sturgis KY. This man is
a coal miner, triker and a X business man (as of
Sept.). Been coal miner for 28 years, been triking 5
years (and been married to the same woman (Hazel) for
30 years). What else is there, you need to know? The
guys at the mines call me "Soupy" because of my last
name (Sale) (I think) My first name is Ron and I have
a son (also a triker) named Richard ( Richie) . We
all Lov trikes ,we are also planning to build some
soon. We have two now and enough junk to build about
three more. I have nothing to sale or to advertise on
this 'puter. All we have to give is friendship and a
few kind words. That's it! ( and I still don't
believe you can build a trike out of PVC pipe)

was started about 6 years ago with about 2000 bikers
and 2 trikers and today it has come up to about
20,000 bikers and 4 trikers (or maybe 400 trikers)
after the first day I lost count. Any how it is on
the third weekend of July (16,17,18 this coming year,
1999 ) and if you don't like it ,your not a
biker/triker. Field games, camping, shows and just
about anything you want to do. Pappy Moon from Fla..
and some friends come up this past year and they said
they really enjoyed themselves. I guess they did,
Pappy came back for Turkey Day with us and ended up
buying some land so he could invite some of you
trikers to come up and stay with him this next rally.
The land is located on the beautiful Ohio River (so
if 'in you stay up here you don't hafta put up with
all the racket at nite time ,when you're trying to
nap (or sober up)....SOUPY
