Life
What is it all really about?
No one knows; does anyone care?
Life has dealt me a bad hand;
I wish it would redeal me another.
So maybe I can have some understanding
Of what life is all about.
Some say life is what you make it;
I say it stinks!
You're born and you grow up in a cruel world;
And then you die!
So will anyone ever truely know the meaning of life?
Only god can answer this riddle.

Our Love Is Like A Rose
When you touch me i crumble,
For I am soft as a rose.
When I feel your breathe on my cheeck I tingle.
When I feel your arms about me, I am safe.
When I look in your eyes, I see the ocean.
And when the kiss of winter touches a rose,
It withers and dies, as you do to me when we're apart.
And when the breathe of Spring touches a rose,
It blooms so beautiful, as you do to me,
When you are mine forever!

Little Girls
Little girls are so sweet,
They're like the flower's blomming with,
The first kiss of Spring.
Little girls make life complete,
They cheer you up when you're down;
They're there to wipe your tears when you are sad.
Little girls say the darn'st things;
They love to play mommy and dress all up.
So go take a long look at your little girl;
Cause with a blink of an eye she's dressed in white;
And has left the dressing up behind.

Dear lord, I hear his footsteps coming down the hall,
I can already feel the sting of his hands,
The tearing of my clothes.
Dear lord, what have I done to deserve this?
Please make it stop!
Why does it hurt when he says he is making love to me?
Is this what marriage and love is all about?
Please tell me?
Lord, it is so beautiful up here;
And look at all the people that has come to mourne me.
But lord, why didn't you help me,
When I was screaming for you?

This thing we have is wonderful,so lets not rush it.
Our love blooms like a rose garden in Spring, so let's play it safe
Let's take things slow so we can build a love that is unbreakable.
I have been there done that and I can't let my heart break again.
So let's take it slow and not rush this good thing we call love.

When We Say Goodbye...
When you called I sensed with my heart,
That this is goodbye.
I could tell by the sound of your voice,
That I was never going to feel your touch.
I will never have your arms hold me close,
And keep me warm on cold nights.
Never take our moonlight walks,
Or have our candlelight dinners.
Even though we have said our goodbye's,
I will still hold you in my arms and feel your touch.
For you can't say goodbye to your dreams...

He Is Not Mine
I see him in my dreams, I feel his touch, feel his lips
I feel his heart beat with mine.
But he is not mine.
I see him on the computer screen and my body tingles,
We talk as long as we can, then he leaves from my sight.
But he is not mine.
At night as I lay in bed, I reach for him and he is not there,
All I feel is emptyness and alone.
But he is not mine.
I lay and cry cause the man who completes me,
And makes me whole, is in his wife's arms tonight.

My friend I will miss you so much,
And we loved you dearly.
But something horrible has taken you from us and it hurts us all.
You were always quick to defend your friends in need;
And was there to lend a shoulder or a smile.
Even though we can't see you or hear your words;
You will always be with us in spirit my dear friend.
And you will forever be in our hearts;
I love and miss you!
And when I hear the wind at night it will whisper the name
