Inspiration: I was watching Mad Max one night and messing around with parts. This is what came together in the end.
Parts used: A ST:TNG Worf torso and head, a TMNT Leonardo arms, a weird accessory from the Grinch line, and Sculpey. If you push the torso down, the "smoke" moves.
Accessories: A magic lamp.
