Let's try to revive a fad that died peacefully, knowing well that it will never work. It wasn't as bad as you'd think. Just make sure you watch it right after watching Robo Vampire. Here's what happens: Shredder is still alive, and the Turtles still live in the sewers, but now they have a hummer and a motorcycle. Splinter gets trapped in the Realm of Dreams, and a Chinese friend (meaning a friend from China) sends his apprentice to save him. The apprentice turns out to be (drumroll) a female mutant turtle. She goes to New York and teaches the other Turtles how to enter the Realm of Dreams, but first they have to get rid of Shredder to make room for the new villain. They find Shredder, and Venus (the female turtle) points out that Shredder is an ass and has no honor. Honor tends to be a big thing for these ninjas, which is odd, since the art of ninjitsu revolves around assassination. In other words, ninjas are, by their nature, assassins. Their primary goal is to kill by any means necessary, although they try to be fast and silent. Anyway, telling Shredder he has no honor somehow convinces him to change his ways. Why didn't they try that at the beginning?
So, the turtles learn how to enter the Realm of Dreams where they turn into multicolored sperms and save Splinter who has been taken prisoner by a bunch of dragons who have the amazing ability to talk without moving their mouths. They all wake up, and the dragons, which only exist in the Realm of Dreams, somehow manifest themselves physically and find an abandoned building in New York. They decide to take over the world which is supposed to be theirs in the first place. To do this, they have to make a placebo that makes all the other dragons think they're stronger. The four Turtles use their ninja skills and Venus uses her ancient Chinese magic to defeat them.
I don't think I'll be seeing this one again.
