Scarlett was originally released in 1982. This was the classic Scarlett figure and the basis for her character in cartoons and comics. In 2002, the new Agent Scarlett was released for the G.I. Joe vs. Cobra 2-packs. She became a hideous man-beast with the build of a Super Battle Droid. I dremeled her shoulders down dramatically and got rid of all the crap on her legs. Now she looks more like an anorexic Amazon than a super battle droid, but I think it's an improvement. I also cut down her crossbow.
