This was another of those movies on that bad horror DVD. The acting, production value, sound, and effects are all really bad, but that's a given. The story had promise. It was almost like a twisted Dr. Who episode. There's this alien species, you see, and for some reason, they send people to Earth to kill people. I guess it's like a punishment or something. Anyway, the main character, Blackie, is sent to Earth, and he has to kill (or be directly responsible for the deaths of) 12 people within a given period of time. He only gets 9, but they give him a second chance. I'm not sure why. So, he kills a couple more finds his old friend Mike, and then he meets Karine. She looks like a cross between Devine and someone I knew in high school. She just likes to kill people, especially hippies. Karine and Blackie team up and agree to let her kill the last person.
Karine goes home and kills her parents. Since there were 2 of them, for some reason both counted as kills for Blackie. Again, I don't get it. Anyway, the powers that are decided that he couldn't follow orders and kill the right number of people, but they will give him yet another chance. This time, he has to kill a person of their choosing. That person is D'Lana. D'Lana is Mike's girlfriend, and he doesn't like the idea of her dying. Here's where things start to get screwy. Well, screwier.
Somehow, D'Lana gets framed for murder or something. There's no real investigation of trial. She's just arrested anf put on death row. She still gets to wear her gaudy vinyl zipper suits, though. This presents a problem for Blackie. Since he's the only one who gets to kill her he can't let the state execute her, or else he can't go back home. There's also a group of other aliens who are trying to prevent im from killing her. Meanwhile, Karine wants to kill her, although I am really unsure as to why. I think it has to do with he being evil. I don't really know.
Anyway, nothing really goes the way it's supposed to, and the whole movie just goes to hell. The end.
