simple human touch
the need to feel
you inside of me
is sometimes almost
as strong as the need
to simply be held
i can't explain
the hunger pangs
the empty hollow
that gnaws at me begging
for you and your touch
some nights i toss
and i turn back and forth
limbs tangled in sheets
that i wish were you
tangled up with me
and i ache and yearn
deep low heavy
for your comfort weight
the rough texture of
your beard against my cheek
friction against my skin
some days it's overwhelming
the need to be in your arms
lying beside you
moving with you
twisting turning yearning
simple human touch
