Right Choices
Sitting in the study
Books all around me
Stories of men and women
Who faced such pain
Can we truly understand
What they faced
Can we see what they feared
And what happened
We know history repeats
But can we ever learn
Or do we just gain fear
From the stories that are told
All I say is be wise
Remember the past
Learn from their mistakes
And make the right choice.
