Android 17 was created with 16 and 18. He raided with the others on the City with Dr. Gero. He along with 18 turned on Dr Gero and killed him. After fighting the Z warriors they left to do more rampage on the City. Not much can be said about 17 since he was not in the series that long. However, he was the first to get absorbed by Cell, and showed no sympathy for anyone.
