A Note On Spirit & Pages

Spirit pages were designed as a place to show spirit but besides putting up pictures, and cheers there is little else you can do, I've done that. But I still feel my spirit realm inconpleate. So I've decided to add a few words about spirit. As well as some words of wisdome.

Spirit is the way we feel, think and act. It gives you the motive to get up and so something, it can also be easily spread from one person to another, spirit is part of what it means to be alive. So don't just sit there get up and share your spirit it may be little but it can help a person in need, or someone who's down. At times it may seem tough but the rewards are great. There's nothing like that feeling you get after you've helped someone. It's like this golden sunshine has poured over you. So get up and do something great, and share your spirit!
