1. Stay away from the glowing aliens.
2. Don't wear red.
3. Don't play with unknown substances.
4. Don't get married before a mission.
5. Don't worry about the Prime Directive. Even the best captains broke it over 30 times and never were brought up on charges; and if they did they were very seldom punished or punished severly.
6. Don't rely on the transporter or engines.
7. Don't be suprised if an unknown alien speaks english, they all do.
8. Don't play in the holo decks they just might try to kill you.
9. Most people are used to the artificial gravity so don't throw things on the ship.
10. Be sure your CD player has an alternate power source because there are NO electric outlets on the enterprise.
