ChibiChibi Moon is the 3rd soldier of the moon.
Her identity is pretty much unknown. The only known identity is that she is the hope of Galexia's star
seed that led her to Usagi.
At first they thought that she could be Neo-Queen Serenity's other
daughter, but Setsuna said that the Queen only had one daughter.
Luna suggested that she could be
Chibi-Usa's daughter.
She can only say Chibi, Chibi, Chibi, Chibi! and repeats what other people say.
She first appears and
hypnotizes Usagi's family (much like the way Chibi-Usa did) into thinking that she was her sister.
Later
she transformed and Eternal Sailor Moon cried out, "ChibiChibi Moon!" ChibiChibi later tried to speak
to the Sailor Starlights, saying, "Not left?" reminding the Starlights that the Inner Senshi had
sacrificed themselves for them.
ChibiChibi's power brought Eternal Sailor Moon's star seed back, so Sailor Moon came back to life.
She transformed into an older version of herself (again like Chibi-Usa, but not evil), looking Sailor
Moon's age, and created a sword for Princess Serenity to battle with. Galaxia shattered the sword, and
Chibi Chibi Moon appeared and dissapeared.
When Sailor Moon defeated Galaxia, Chibi Chibi came,
saying to Sailor Moon, "Thank you." She tranformed into a pink ball of energy and flew off to a star.
(In the manga, her identity is Sailor Cosmos, the last incarnation of Sailor Moon.)
