Setsuna is a time hole of mystery. She is the oldest and probably the most mature of the scouts and is very isolated.
Her nickname given to her by Chibi Usa is Puu.
She is the guardian of time and only appears in the most desparate of
times. She is the keeper of one of the tailsman, the Garnet Orb. It is basically a red orb which she holds on the end of
her giant key-like, time staff.
She is the one who gave Chibi Usa that little time key wich allowed her to travel
through time as well as Luna-P (Luna-Ball). Setsuna hopes to be a designer one day. One of her skills is sewing. She
can also pilot a helicopter.
In the Sailor Stars she takes care of Baby Hotaru and is often seen with Hotaru when she grows although she is
sometimes seen with Haruka and Michiru.
She also tends to act as a go between with the inner and outers senshi,
particularily when there is a dispute between the two.
