Fifteenth Annual Conference

Interviews with Carol Dennis

Grammarian Carol Dennis will offer invaluable one-on-one sessions for aspiring authors who are having trouble and desperately need help (and even to those who are not so desperate). Bring your work on both days from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Schedule an appointment when you register on Friday morning.

Here's what you need to know:

  1. Manuscripts should be double spaced, Courier font, twelve points.
  2. Sessions will be twenty minutes long. Sign up is at registration each morning on a first come, first served basis. You can reschedule for more time later if there are slots available or, if necessary, Carol (at her sole discretion) will meet you after 2:30.
  3. Carol would prefer to see work that is known by the author to have problems. She's there to help, after all.

However, you should not bring unwritten ideas. While fun, little is taken away.

  4. There is no limit on the number of pages you can bring. You work until time is up.

Diehard writers can start asking questions on Carol's Web site before the conference and can send five pages early: www.lar-ryk.com
