My name, you ask? It's The Brat... or Hally, depends on which you prefer. I live out here in the Dallas, Texas area.. no, there aren't tumbleweeds or cows pasturing out in my front yard. In fact, this area looks like any metropolitan area in the US(Just wanted to clear up that little stereotype before I go on any further).

I grew up in the 80's, which will always be my favorite decade. It just seemed that everything was so much easier back then, no real problems existed (with the exception of that little known about virus, AIDS), and everyone was so happy at that time in our lives. I also loved other bands from that era...such as: Depeche Mode, The GO GO's, The Police, Def Leppard, Aerosmith, Journey, Madness, INXS, Elvis Costello, and many others that made that decade so great to live in.

I do have some major influences in my music as well. One certain individual is David Bowie. He, to me, is the Chameleon of Rock 'n Roll. Something about the man is just amazing to me...the way he could just change himself, but not really be with the times...more like ahead of the times. I also love Mick Jagger, and the Rolling Stones. For all I care, they will be 80 and in wheel chairs, and still rock the house down! My other influences are, and not the least, Paul McCartney and the Beatles, U2, and believe it or not, Duran Duran...mainly John Taylor. I completely (can I say this without sounding a bit...odd???) WORSHIP the way that man can play his bass. Of course, I also have to give Rush and Geddy Lee some major credit to the way I like to do things. These are all great influences in my life, and I adore them completely.

I'm also into bands such as Everclear (who I totally dig right now), The Who, Limp Bizkit, Fuel, Train, and I love Lenny Kravitz. If it's music, I'll end up loving it.
