Romans 8:28

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.

Mary, Did You Know?

Mary, did you know that your baby boy
would one day walk on water?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
would save our sons and daughters?
Did you know that your baby boy
has come to make you new;
and this child that you delivered will soon deliver you?

Mary, did you know that your baby boy
would give sight to the blind man?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
would calm a storm with his hand?
Did you know that your baby boy
has walked where angels trod?
And, when you kissed your little baby
you've kissed the face of God?

Oh, Mary, did you know?
Mary, did you know?
The blind will see, the deaf will hear
the dead will live again.
The lame will leap,
the dumb will speak the praises of the Lamb.

Oh, Mary, did you know?
that your baby boy is Lord of all creation?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
would one day rule the nations?
Did you know that your baby boy
was Heaven's perfect Lamb?
And, the sleeping child you're holding is the great I Am?

I am free from failure for "I can do all

Just for Me and You

The Christmas Miracle

See the babe so long ago
In the manger, the cattle low
Watching and waiting with wide eyes
Men coming and going, the meek and wise
Bringing gifts from far away
Gold and more I heard them say
They followed a star along the way
To a stable full of hay
There they found the babe new born
In the manger soft and warm
They bowed down and worshipped him
Without a doubt or a whim
They knew this babe was God's own son
The Savior, the Messiah, he'd finally come
Old King Herod, he wanted to know
Told them he wanted to worship also
An angel to them to stay away
From Herod and go along their way
Herod wanted this poor babe to die
He knew the babe was king from on high
He knew this babe would take his place
And lead all men from every race
He'd teach them of a better way
To worship God everyday
On this day a child was born
To a world so full of scorn
He had to die for our sin
Won't you please let him in?
Life he'll give you forever more
Is he knocking at your door?
His Father sent him here to give
His very life so we could live
With him for all eternity
He is there, Can't you see?
He will help with trouble and strife
Why else would he have given his life?
What child is this you want to know?
God's only son he sent to show
To live, to teach us God's own will
And then he died on Calvary's Hill
He died so we could live eternally
With him in Glory eventually
I hope to see you there that day
So please be strong along life's way
What a Glorious Day that will be
When Jasus comes for you and me.

Come Back Home

Come back into the fold my son
God said to the little child
You have benn so far from home
I worry when you're wild
The seeds of sin grow so tall
And you walked the whole way through
Are you ready to come home now
And start your life anew?
I worried when you fell down
Because there was nothing I could do
You had to learn your way around
As all my children do
It broke my heart to see you cry
When I can't wipe the tears away
All I could do was sigh
And then sadly watch you stray.
What have I done to make you go
And turn away from me?
When I gave you everything in life you'll ever need
Now its time to come home
And time to turn away
From the life you once did roam
While you were astray
So come home now my little one
I'm waiting just for you
It doesn't matter what you've done
I've work for you to do.

God's World

As we look around we see
What God has made for you and me
The sun,the stars, the moon above
Shows us all his wonderful love.

He loves us no matter what we do
So when your long hard day is through
Get on your knees and say a prayer
And feel Gods love everywhere.

He's with us all at work or play
He's with us each and everyday
It doesn't matter where we are
God is our bright and shining star.

If you ask he will forgive
So we must try so hard to live
The way his word tells us to
In each and everything we do.

Satan doesn't want us to see
What God has done for you and me
Satan shows us all the sinful things
Not wanting us to see what Gods love brings.

When I die and my time has come
For him to call us everyone
I know then that I shall see
Jesus, standing, waititng for me.

Lead Me Lord

On such a cold and rainy day
I got down on my knees to pray
Lord lead me the path you'd have me go
And the steps you want me to take
There is so much I want to know
And what of me you want to make
My life has been up to now
Full of sin and misery
Lord I want you to show me how
I can find happiness for me
The path that I have always took
Are not the right ones, so
One day I picked up and opened The Book
I read where it told me to go.
So on this cold and rainy day
I am on my knees to pray
Lord please forgive me and show me the way.

My prayer for my blessed sister whom i love ...
Who was sent to us from heaven above.
Hold steadfast to Our Lord and Saviour
He sees you in His Wisdom an Favor
We know He holds us in the palm of His hand,
We stay there as long as we can.
But He loves us so and wants us to know.
He will take us to Him He has our Soul....
We ask His healing grace on De...
We ask it in the name of Thee
To Our Father in Heaven will give all Praise
We have perfect peace for the rest of our days...
Thank you Jesus....

The Lord's Promise

When you're feeling all alone
Rememeber the love the Lord has shone.
For us he gave his only son,
Who fought Satan and He won.

He forgives the greatest sin.
For he knows where we've been.
He has promised all his love.
And His help from above.

Just open up your heart to Him
Open the door and let Him in.
For He is waiting outside your door.
To love and protect you forevermore.

Our Blessed Savior died long ago.
So that we could live and we could go,
And from our burdens be set free.
To live with Him in Eternity.

FOOTPRINTS

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonging to him, and the other to the LORD. When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life. This really bothered him and he questioned the LORD about it: "LORD, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me." The LORD replied: "My son, my precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."

And God said, "No."

I asked God to take away my pride,
And God said, "No."
He said it was not for Him to take away,
But for me to give up.
I asked God to make my handicapped child whole,
And God said, "No."
He said her spirit is,
While her body is only temporary.
I asked God to grant me patience,
And God said, "No."
He said patience is a by-product of tribulation.
It isn't granted, it is earned.
I asked God to give me happiness,
And God said, "No."
He said He gives blessings,
Happiness is up to me.
I asked God to spare me pain,
And God said, "No."
He said, "Suffering draws you apart from
Worldly cares and brings you closer to Me."
I asked God to make my spirit grow,
And God said, "No."
He said I must grow on my own,
But He will prune me to make it fruitful.
I asked God if He loved me,
and God said, "Yes."
He gave me His only Son, who died for me.
And I will be in Heaven someday
Because....I believe.
I asked God to help me love others
As much as He loves me,
And God said,
"Ah finally, you have the idea."

Have You Ever Wondered?

I ask myself time and again
Why does God love me even when I sin?
And then He told me one lonely day
As I sit pondering away.

Why do you love your children so?
Do you not love to watch them grow?
To Watch them grow up bold and strong
But love them even when they do wrong?

It is the same as I for you.
For you are all my children too.
I'll give you all my love and more.
As long as you keep open the door.

For you I gave up my only Son.
And thru his death you have begun,
To learn, to grow, to follow me.
For one day soon......together we'll be.

My questions were answered that lonely day.
My God loves me even tho I stray.
He loved us first, this is all true.
To love Him in return is the least we can do.

Lord Show Me

Oh Lord I'm in such dispare
And know not where to turn
It seems to me that no one cares
And there are things I can't discern
I know that you are the only one
That can help me thru this day
I know you gave up your only son
So please show me the way.
I've tried to live my life right
To be honest and be true
But Father I feel I'm losing the fight
Coz I'm lonely and so blue.
I don't feel worthy of your Love
Nor of the things that you have done
I pray to Heaven up above
For you to help this foolish one.
I feel alone Great God on high
I have so much to give
I feel my time is drawing nigh
Not much longer do I have to live.
But Father this love I want to share.
Before you take me Home.
Could you send me someone that cares?
I don't want to die alone.
Someone that can love as much as I
To share what time I have left.
Just one true love.......I sigh
Would be such a wonderful gift.
Thank you Father for hearing my plea
I know you understand
It would mean so much to me
To find a God Loving man.
You made Eve for Adam coz he was so alone
For him to love and care
Just like them I ask for a home
And a true love to share.
Thank you for hearing this unworthy one
And I do worship thee
Thank you for your precious Son.

What Would Jesus Say?

Lord, throughout this day,
As I try to follow You,
Let this be my rule to live by:
What would Jesus Do?

When a friend or loved one
Asks me for a moment or two,
May I think of one thing only:
What Would Jesus Do?

In all my dealings, help me
To be honest, fair and true,
To measure each decision by:
What Would Jesus Do?

When I'm feeling troubled
And I turn in prayer to You,
Give me wisdom to decide:
What Would Jesus Do?

And let me promise each new day
To live my whole life through,
In love and peace, remembering"

Then when the day is ended,
May I resolve anew
