If you narrowly avoid a collision with another car, and the driver of that car gives you the finger, how likely are you to swerve the next time you meet him on the road?

I was on Wheeler, getting ready to make a left turn onto Cullen. There's no light for left turns, so drivers have to yield to those going straight. Anyway, the light turns green, and I look at the car across the road. Its left blinker is on, and the driver hasn't moved yet. So I go ahead and start making a left turn. suddenly, this car moves forward--straight ahead! I slam on my brakes, which is one of my favorite pastimes and something I always enjoy doing. As this guy drives past, his left turn signal still blinking away, he gives me the finger and mouths something (No idea what, but probably something along the lines of "I'm an imbecile who uses a left turn signal to indicate that I'm going straight").

Anyway, Mr. Imbecile, should you ever read this, the next time our cars meet, mine would like to get to know yours better. No, that's not a threat, that's an invitation to a tea party.

I'm writing this nine months after it happened--so don't think I've forgotten!
