creation of this page,so all you nice fellows and fellettes can stay up to date with what's going on in the wonderful world of Ditchdiggin'records.I also started fucking around trying to make a web site for the ditchdiggers.

Started a page on the Sore Loser$.Also,someone is putting trax for me on the Ditch Diggers site...should be on soon!!Along with pix and histo,lyrics,general bullshit...

Damn,I've been thinking of writing some worthy shit in this page,but I've been at the same time busy and lazy,if you know what I mean....So,where to start?The ditch diggers did their first gig since they are together in tyler,texas,tuesday feb 25th.Also went to record some more shit in Shreveport Louisianna(5 songs).The sore losers went to the studio to record 25 songs soon to be out on ditchdiggin'records.

The Goddamnedditchdiggers have two gigs lined up on march 19th(Tyler,tx,the box)and march 20th(Longview,tx,the lion's club). Come and see us.The compilation project is making progress.We'll send the stuff to Waxworks this week.There is a 6 to 10 weeks turnaround time for it to be done with.

Inclusion of message board.Since not a soul ever comes to this site,I doubt it will be of anykind of use.BUT!!!... If any perfect stranger to ditchdiggin'records posts a message mentioning this news thing that you are reading right now,I will send him/her a free copy of the upcoming compilation.

The Goddamnedditchdiggers did a gig in front of Studio 2000(tattoo and piercing shop)in the parking lot with four other bands.We had a good time.The radio station 99X was there broadcasting live...the kids seemed to like it.We also changed our band name to The goddamned ditchdiggers.

The Goddamnedditchdiggers went back to the studio to record 9 new songs,wich makes about 19 of them at all...We're fixing to put them on CD pretty soon,and should be available to the public in june.Also,creation today of 2 new links in the site,faq's and merchandise.Check them out!

The didtchdiggers went to do a gig in shreveport,luoisiana,but it got shut down by the law before they could even start .Fuck the cops!!!

We did a couple of gigs last week in joplin,missouri,and in Tulsa,oklahoma...We had a pretty good time. We'll be playing in natchitoches,louisiana tommorrow.Swing by if you can. Also,we're working on touring the states in september of this year,we'll put the dates up as soon as we got them booked.

The gig in Natchitoches louisiana sucked big ones....if you weren't there,you didn't miss nothing.We gonna give louisiana one more chance,trying to get a gig in New Orleans soon,in August,maybe.If it sucks,fuck Louisiana!!

We played again in front of Studio 2000(tattoo shop in longview).Bunch of kids showed up.We had a pretty good time exept that the cops showed up and pulled the plug.We're going back to Tulsa,Ok,this saturday to play with The Struggle,from Oklahoma city.Then,we're playing in a new bar in Longview on wednesday the 30th,with Myra Mains,and on July 2nd,at the Lion's club,in Longview also,with oppressed logic and other local bands.C'mon over in numbers!!!

The gig in Tulsa has been cancelled.The other band backed out of it...Oh,well...

We did a gig last night at Ruth's west end bar,in Longview,opening for MYRA MAINS....As usual,it was cool.The owners of the bar gave us 2 more dates to play....wed 7th and friday 23rd of this month...Come and see us.Otherwise,we go back to Tulsa,Ok,this saturday..C'mon over and have a beer with us!!!

The gig in Tulsa was located in a kids garage.I guess it was ok...We played with the Bomars who got us a date on aug the 7th in Lawton,ok,at the Knights of Colombus building.I think it will be an all ages show,so,kiddoes,carry your ass you know where,you know when.

I included a few lyrics in the ditchdiggers site...Check them out if you're curious.Other wise,the gig on the 23rd got cancelled...fuck this shit.But I guess it's ok since I was Sicker than hell all day,puking my guts off .I just wish some people would keep up with their engagements as we try to do on our side!!!

The gig in Lawton,Oklahoma turned out pretty good,except that we almost had a little altercation with some local skins,but,like the poet used to say,shit happens.We'll be playing in Oklahoma city next week end,on the 14th,at Doug skinhead's house.

We bought us a school bus yesterday so we can use it to go out of town with it for gigs and shit.It needs some work done on it,but it's ok.Since at the last trip we got side swiped by some 18 wheeler and it fucked up my truck.we can't use it no more.Otherwise,I just put up some new lyrics in the site.

Since i've 2 fucking wrecks in one week and my truck's completly fucked up,I had to cancel the gig in Oklahoma city...As soon as the fucker will be able to get back on the road,so will we,so,patience!!!

I've finnally put some pictures in the 'diggers' site...Thanx to Joann,my dear sister in law,who gracefully offered to scan them for me...Also,we put the bus in the shop so we can take it to gigs instead of my truck.And,finnally,we'll be playing in Tulsa,oklahoma,on sept 5th,at Jesse of the septic tumors' basement...

We went ahead and took the bus on a road trip for the first time this week end...took us 8 hours to make it there!!!We were supposed to play in a park,but played at Jesse's basement instead,2 nights in a row.The fucki8ng bus broke down on the way back,but we managed to make it home in one piece...

We did a gig sept 25th in Minden,Louisiana.Union13 was supposed to play too but cancelled.Half of the local bands thought they just had to cancel too...It makes me wonder if they want to play for the kids or the "stars". Flushed out and Zack the rookie still played and we had a blast anyway. Got a gig lined up in Louisiana on the 30th of october with a bunch of other local bands. I'm working on a gig in Joplin and St Louis,Mo,during the thanksgiving week end. And,also,believe or not,the long awaited compilation will come out soon.I've been working on it.It's gonna be out on 7" format,with four bands including us,Antidote,Les ordures ioniques and The stillborns.I don't wanna promise any release dates yet,but it should be imminent.

I've added a D.i.Y section to the site.More stuff will go on it later on.No gigs lined up for us so far...Oh well,fuck it..We just take a little break

Ben decided to quit the band to do something else...Noah took over the bass.We can't really do no gigs right now until he got all the shit down

I went ahead and put some mp3 songs in a site here,because the ones i have here take too much room and I'm running out of place.The only thing is that you have to click on the link,it will take you to a page that you have to type our name in there and it will take you to the songs...It's easy,don't worry,dumb ass.If I can figure this shit out,so can you.Also we're going to record some new stuff dec. the 11th at Dead Deer Studio in Shreveport,Louisiana,and Noah will be at the bass this time.And finally,Will got married last friday with Kim,his long time girlfriend.....We all need to tell him...."HAPPY GOOD LUCK!!!"

We have a gig lined up in Bastrop,Louisiana,on the 17th of this month,and another one on the 23rd at Wacky's deli in San Antonio,Tx.We were supposed to go record last week end but Will cut his fucking finger with a knife the day before.So we reported it to some other time.Also two labels are gonna put some of our stuff out on compilations,Crapitole records,from Denton,tx,and Rejected records,from Alabama.

I went ahead and took off the fucking message boards since nobody used it anyway,but went ahead and started a contest page for people to win free shit.I also removed the wav. songs from the ditchdiggers' site and put a link to some mp3 site where some have been uploaded.So this way,I have more room to put more shit up on the site.

First off...Happy new year,and I hope you make a shitload of money so you can buy all the shit we're gonna put out this year.Then...The gig in Bastrop has been cancelled because of Will choping off half his damn finger,but we still managed to do the gig in San Antonio where we had a pretty good time.We have another gig lined up in Tyler,tx,at studio56,on the 15th of this month.We're planning on recording some new stuff at the end of the month.I've put some pics in the fan club page today also.Check them out.

We did a gig last night in Shreveport,louisiana,along with Zack the Rookie and The Picts,live on kscl 91.3 fm,a pretty cool college radio station.We had a good time,other than we kept on breaking guitar and bass strings(Noah ended up the gig with one bass string left).The gig on friday has been cancelled due to bad weather(sleet storm). We're recording some new stuff next saturday at dead deer studio. Our next scheduled gig will be at Moontunes in Dallas on feb 26th,to play for Septic Tumor record release party with them,the Rat Targets,League of Struggle and Quiet Earth.Be there or be square.

We're going back to the studio this week end to finnish what we started last week,since we got really fucked up and the recording ended sounding sloppy.We're just gonna redo some vocals and buff up the mixing a bit.Since we have about 30 songs of ours right now,we 'll pick the best 25 or so and put them out on cd as our first album.The 7" can wait.

-Feb 15th at Judson community center(longview),with Self Inflicted and other local bands tba,
_Feb 26th in Dallas(moontunes),with Septic Tumor,Target Rats,Quiet Earth,League of Struggle,
_March 15th at Ruth's West End,in Longview,with the Roustabouts.
_March 20th in Longview(judson community center)opening for Dillinger4 and scared of chaka. So now,carry your asses you know when,you know where,and have a beer with us.

The gig we did in Longview on feb 15th turned out pretty good.Lots of kids showed up and we had a good time.
We have some pins with our logos on the way,and we should have some cd's made out with all our demo stuff out soon too.
We should be on a compilation on Murder and Mayhem records sometimes in the near future too,so keep your eyes opened for it.

First of all,some cock sucker stole our P.A head from our practice place...Since only people we know ever go there,I ain't gonna point no finger,but watch your fucking back..It would be in your interrest to bring it back because I WILL find out where it's at eventually.
Other than that,we started working on the Rat Shack,building a bar counter and cleaning up the place to get ready to bring some bands in...There still is a lot of things to do about it before then,but ,it's a start.

Ok...I think I have all the bands lined up for "internationally yours vol II:Long live the Partisans!!"...The bands should be Antidote(NL),the Casualties(US),Attentat sonore(FR),Motorjo Ulne(CRo),Chaos uk(may be,UK),Foreign Legion(UK),and last but not least,The GDD's...I'm gonna start working on the cover as soon as I can.I won't promise a release date yet,but hopefully,in early fall of this year,it should come out.
We've ran electricity at the rat shack...we just need to fix up a couple of things to get it going..April 1st,we're supposed to have a big party in there and Swine System,The Sore Losers,The Gdd's,the Unfortunate Sons of a Bitches and the Stillborns are gonna play..Swing by if you can...

We got the rat shack all fixed up and ready to go..We'll be having our first gig there on april 1st,wich is next saturday..Bands will be us,swine system,the sore losers,the unfortunate sons,and who ever feels like stopping by and jam...e.mail for directions.
I started doing a page on the Unfortunate sons,who should be going to the studio soon to do a split 7" with the GDD's soon.

The gig at the Rat Shack turned out great,even though not as many people as we expected showed up,but we figured that since the weather was shitty,not too many kids felt like hitting the roads and getting lost in the woods.We cooked a bunch of crawfish,had 2 kegs of beer,and all our close knit friends were here...what else could we expect more?The next gig there should be on may 27th with a couple of bands from out of town...

well....both the gdd's and the Unfortunate sons will go to the studio on may 20th to record tracks for the upcoming split 7" to come out shortly after that.
Then the gdd's will go to the studio again sometimes in july to record a shitload of new songs that will be on the next album,wich will be called "Meat Meat Meat".

Err...Yeah,it's been a long time since i updated the news section of the site..Not because nothing ever happens but just because i'm plain lazy.
We have found a new building to open up a store.It will be home of Ditchdiggin'records,Civilian skateboards and Yo mama t.shirts...We have moved jalf pipes skate ramps in there and a counter,a pool table,abunch of shit..It will hopefully be open for business by July 10th.We are thinking about bringing bands to do instore shows in there every other week ends,so bands,get in touch..

First of all,sorry if I didn't update this in a while but I went out of town and didn't have access to a computer,ok?So quit your bitching!!!
We have opened the warehouse and had a couple of shows there with the Roustabouts,the Doozers,Hellchild,Disassociate,and other local bands,including us.We're working on having more shows soon and I'll do my best to keep you updated on what's going on at the warehouse.I have also started some kind of newsletter concerning events that will take place at the warehouse and anyone interrested in joining it should send me a e.mail so I can add them to the list.
Label wise,we're fixing to put out "internationally yours vol 2" very soon,in collaboration with Old Shool zine,out of Fort Worth,tx.Bands include the GDD's(no shit),the Stillborns(of course),Infortunate sons(longview,tx),Planet trash(sweden),AAAARGHH(france),Billy Boy(italy)and Skurvy the clown(florida). Some copies will be available when you purchase Old School,while some others by themselves.Make sure you get a copy of this record because it fucking rips!!

Ok...where to start?I haven't updated this mother fucker in a long time...
Well...The warehouse got shut down by the city of Longview(thanks,ass holes)So now we book at the bar accross the street,wich is still cool anyway..If you guys want to come and play,the place is called Ruth's west end and we book mostly punk bands,but are open to anything else really,as long as they don't suck.
The ditchdiggers are still playing together...as a matter of facts,we have a show in Houston,tx,march 17th...yall show up if you can... We have a few more bands in our roaster,such as Yanked!,the unfortunate sons...We'll release some of their shit in our upcoming cd comp,wich will come out whenever i get some money...
I'll try to update this page more often....so,swing by on a rewgular basis,ok?
