New Year Cooking
Eggnog Sauce
- 4 large egg yoks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup light cream (not 1/2 and 1/2)

few grains nutmeg
Beat egg yoks with the sugar until thick. Add cream
and cook in a double boiler until thick, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, cool slightly, and add
nutmeg. Refrigerate until ready to use.
