Sift first four ingredients together. Cream butter and vanilla until soft. Add sugar, creaming until fluffy. Add yokes and beat well. Add dry ingredients until blended. Make 1 inch balls, two inches apart on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until golden brown.
