PUNCH BOWL CAKE


1 box yellow cake mix (cooked according to pkg directions in two cake pans)

2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding

1 can crushed pineapple

2 pkg. of thawed, frozen, sliced strawberries

1 medium carton of cool whip

DIRECTIONS


Crumble 1/2 of one of the cooked and cooled cake into a large punch bowlLayer (thin layers) the remaining ingredients in this order:

pineapple

pudding

strawberries

cool whip

Repeat layers three more times, ending with cool whip and then topped witha few of the strawberries for garnish.

This recipe feeds a crowd and is also eye-pleasing when prepared in a clear punch bowl.
