Easy Beef Stew
Serves 4
1lbs stew meat
3 to 4 potatoes-peel and quartered
2 med. onions- quartered
2 stalks celery- diced
5 to 6 carrots- sliced
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can beef broth
DIRECTIONS
Coat meat in light dusting of flour-brown in small amount of oil.
Put meat, potatoes, onion, celery and carrots in large oven pot.
Mix soup and broth together; add one can water. Pour this over meat mixture.
Put in 350 oven for at less 1 hour or until veggies and meat are done. you may have to add water, so check.
