Easy Oven Pot Roast
1- 4 lb roast (beef or pork, your choice)
1-can cream of celery soup
1-pkg. of Lipton onion soup
2 cups water
DIRECTIONS
Mix soups and water in crock pot or Dutch oven. Add roast.
For crock pot cook all day on med.
To cook in over- at 350 for about 4 hours
The gravy will be as good as the roast--serve with rice or creamed potatoes.
