My Favorite things about Spring:

Flowers are blooming.

Weather is great!

Fun to go out and play.

They say April showers bring May flowers.
Well, I'm not sure if that's always true,
but one thing I do know is,
I LOVE SPRING!!

It's my favorite time of year.
Here in San Antonio, Texas
we have Fiesta in April
which features colorful parades and lots of outdoor activities.
There are many nearby lakes to visit for picnics.
And taking a drive almost anywhere in this
area you will see lots of fields of beautiful wildflowers.
Bluebonnets are our state flower
and they grace the lovely Texas highways.

Indian paintbrush is also another of my favorites.
Actually, any kind of flower makes me happy...
