John O. Curttright
John O. Curttright,71, Kansas City, Kan., died July 4, 1992, in Delmar Gardens of Lenexa. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Casey-Witzenburg Chapel, Auburn, Neb.; burial in the Nemaha (Neb.) Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Mapel Hill Chapel. Mr. Curttright was born in Syracuse, Neb. and moved to this area in 1952. He was a machine operator at the Johnson County Waste Treatment Plant for 21 years, retiring in 1986. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Leta M. Curttright of the home, two sons, John J. Curttright, Riverside, and Jerry L. Curttright, Centralia, Mo.; four brothers, George Curttright, Brownville, Neb., Bob Curttright, Brighton, Tenn., Raymond Curttright, Kansas City, and Chester Curttright, Topeka; two sisters, Gertrude Nace, Gresham, Ore., and Nellie Grooms, Nemaha; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
