Hector Garza <Hector Segura> is one of the  great luchadores  to ever enter WCW. He started WCW in 1997 as a "jobber". He has still been a jobber in WCW, and has not advanced much. Hector was a great luchador in Mexico because he has won several titles in Mexico. Since Hector joined the LWO, I hope to see him advance in WCW.
