Welcome to our page dedicated to our 1993 Chevrolet Beretta. We are Steve and Jackie from Texas where there seems to be very few Berettas available.

I (Steve) never really put much thought into Berettas until I met my wife back in '97. When we first went out, she drove. She was driving a Bright Aqua '93 Beretta. I thought it was a pretty nice car, but it wasn't Mopar.....I'm a recovering Moparaholic. Once I got the chance to drive it, my thoughts changed to "Damn! This s.o.b. has some balls!" It is about as base as base can get, with the 2.2l, 3spd. auto. I really liked the bright aqua (teal) paint.

When we moved in together about a year later, I bought a 1989 Black GTU that was in severe need of tlc. After 6 months of careful consideration, I decided that the GTU was going to be too much work for the little time I had, so we swapped the wheels onto the Base and parted it out. That was when we got the bug to start making the Base more "us."
