My Cats |
This is Gatsby. The "old man" of my cats. I found him as a kitten small enough to fit in a shirt pocket. Hard to imagine that since he got up to 14 pounds. I've had him 14 years in 3 different states. He was quite the companion and loved cuddling. He passed away on August 18th, 2002 as the result of a seizure. I am working on a page for him here. |
And this one is Milo. I got him as a kitten too. When I made this page, he was 4 years old. Milo died October 30, 2000, at the age of 4.5 years, after losing his fight with jaundice and liver problems. I will never stop loving the little guy. I am working on a page especially for him. Read about him here. |
And this is Onyx. He's the runt of the pack at about 8 pounds and 15 years old. He is the goofball, always up to something and stealing stuff. Not sure if he is trying for his driver's license, but he has been taking my keys alot lately. I voted him "Most likely to be voluntarily kidnapped." He loves everyone he meets and everyone loves him. UPDATE: Onyx passed away on September 17, 2011 at 15 1/2 years old. My long time friend and last of "The Original Three" has moved on to bigger and better things... Love you forever, Buddy... Read about him here. |
And this is the youngest member of our family, Milo Jr. 6 years old. We went to Minnesota to get him on February 3, 2001. A very close friend did me the favor of helping to find another kitty just like Milo Sr. above. I couldn't believe she found one that didn't only look like him, but even had the same name! The time spent with him only reveals more of Milo Sr.'s traits and behaviors. My wife and I tried to come up with a new name, but Milo seems to like the one he has. We just call him "Junior" most of the time. The other guys have taken well to him and they all play.....sometimes a little too much....hehe.... |
