what's cool-	He gets very happy when a goal is scored even if he wasn't involved (although he usually is, that sneaky boy).
	played under coach Hitchcock when he was fifteen as a Blazer
	He has a Harley (wears chaps)
	very good at jumping up a down with glee after goals
	by his own admission, he never shuts up on the ice...hes one of those annoying yappers. maybe that's why everyone seems to want to kill him
	scattered rose petals over the driveway for his wife one Valentine's Day (come on everyone...awwwwwwwwww)
not so cool-	usually doesn't fight well
what you need to know-	Has two kids (twins) Parker and Braden
	Darryl is one of those young defensemen who never gets enough credit for great timing, fabulous puckhandling,  fast when he needs to be, etc.  he's just cool!

	bleached his hair blond (i cant decide whether or not this is cool so...)
observation-	Even though Syd has impeccably awareness and is always making smart plays to save our ass, you can always catch him making a weird, confused face that is "the Darryl face."
