Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma
was held on April 19, 1999 In the Hobart Taylor Recital Hall eight lovely young ladies from various cities and states participated in the Pageant which helped to make the pageant a great success. The Delta Theta Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma hopes to continue
the pageant every year to help to finacially aid and help young female college students with high scholastics.
