The round shape is for the wheel of the year, the cycle of seasons.
The skins are different colors, but inside is the same chocolate, because we are all related.
Associations with the colors:

M is the 13th letter of the alphabet, just as there are 13 Witches in a coven.
Rotate the M:
3 for the Triple Goddess and the three phases of the moon.
W for Witchcraft and Wiccan.
E for Enlightenment and Enchantment of chocolate.
They "melt in your mouth, not in your hand" to show that the Goddess' love must be experienced directly in order to appreciate it.
The sweetness of the candy reminds us of the sweetness of the love of the God and Goddess
